Blackbird Group Extends Cloud Support

October 17th, 2011. The Blackbird Group announced support for the Microsoft Azure platform in its Event Vault log consolidation product.
Frankfurt,Germany. Today at The Experts Conference (TEC) 2011 Europe, where it is a gold sponsor, the Blackbird Group announced support for the Microsoft Azure platform in its Event Vault log consolidation product, which is now shipping.Blackbird, a Microsoft Managed Gold Partner and leader in compliance and automation management, recognized that its customers would want to take advantage of Microsoft's investment in cloud-based services.
Says Blackbird CEO, Christian Ehrenthal, "Now our customers, large and small, can more easily leverage the benefits of cloud storage. Azure will enable them to outsource their SQL and provide maximum flexibility in terms of both demand growth and availability.
